To change or cancel your order

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods without giving a reason.

If your order has not been confirmed (by e-mail), you can change or cancel your order as follows:

Click on "My Basket" at the top of the page.
To cancel a selected item, click on the "Remove" button against the selected item.
To change the quantity of an item, click on "Edit", enter the required quantity, and then click "Confirm".

To cancel your order completely, click on "Remove All".
If your order has been confirmed, but you have not yet received the items, you can change or cancel your order by e-mailing us at sales@jccountry.co.uk or by telephoning us on 01524 791362

If your order has been despatched, you will also need to return the cancelled item(s) at your own expense to the address shown under Returns & Exchanges. We will refund the order or relevant part of it, including the original delivery charge to you if the whole order is returned, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of cancellation.

If you cancel your order and we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange to collect the item from you at your cost.

Stock availability

We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all products. However, some goods may sell faster than we predict.

If the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will do our best to get it for you as quickly as possible. If we cannot get the item we will cancel your order immediately and let you know by email. If we can get the item, but cannot deliver it to you within our delivery policy, we will email you with the option to cancel your order.

Delivery policy and costs

WE ARE ABLE TO DELIVER WORLDWIDE
Standard delivery is within mainland UK only.

Delivery is £3.99 per order within the UK

Subject to stock availability and credit card authorisation, we aim to despatch all orders recieved prior to 12 noon on a next WORKING day service, however in certain circumstances this may not be possible, so please allow up to 12 working days for delivery. Where next day delivery is not possible you will be notified by email.

Goods are sent by Royal Mail or Courier recorded delivery AND REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON RECEIPT.
Next Day delivery will be NEXT WORKING DAY. ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY BEFORE 12.00PM WILL BE DELIVERED MONDAY.

Orders outside mainland UK may incur a delivery charge according to the weight of the item(s).
In certain circumstances there may be additional charges for delivery. If this is the case, you will be contacted prior to completion and despatch of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept any item for exchange or refund within 28 days of receipt of goods, provided the item is returned unused, in it's original packaging and with the manufacturer's tags still attached. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To return an item, simply fill in the enclosed returns form and send it with your item to: JC Country, Cleveley Bank Lane, Forton. Preston. Lancs. PR3 1BY We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. JC Country will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels.

Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge.

In the event of you having a complaint or problem with any aspect of our service or the products we offer, please telephone us on 01524 791362 or click here to inform us by email. We take all complaints extremely seriously and we will try to rectify any problem quickly and effectively.

Our Customer service representatives are available between 9:30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. (GMT) 7 days a week..

All complaints will be acknowledged within 1 working day and will be resolved as soon as possible. We will always keep you informed throughout the process of resolving your complaint and we will keep the details of your complaint confidential.
We always welcome feedback from our customers and are continually looking at ways to improve our service.

All prices are shown in sterling and include 20% VAT on adult's clothing and 0% VAT on children's clothing.

Privacy

We will always treat the information we collect from you as personal and confidential. Your details will only be used to complete orders, provide you with the best possible service and to enable us to send you information about promotional offers and new products or services.
Your personal information will not be passed or sold to any third party or company (unless we are legally obliged to) without your permission.

Security

We want you to shop online with confidence. When you place an order using the JC Country web site, your credit card details are processed and forwarded to a secure remote server where the credit card information is recorded. The payment details are then encrypted and sent back to our site. Finally, the shopper is returned to the merchant site where the order receipt is displayed. No credit card details or other shopper information are held on the Secure SSL server.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products on this web site are correct. However, whilst the colour reproduction is an extremely close representation, a slight variation in the actual goods can occur.
